Pattern/Fill of your Choice

Xenofex 2 Constellation

Xero Graphics Greytinter

Eye Candy 4000 HSB Noise

Open a new Image in PSP - 600 x 600

Add a New layer

Floodfill White

Open RC's tube V_PineconeWreathbyV

Image, Resize, 50%

Copy the tube

and Paste as a New Layer on the tag canvas

Duplicate the Wreath layer

On the top copy

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, 5.00

Duplicate the Bottom one (the unblurred one)

Now, this will be the Middle one,

Go to Xero Graphics Greytinter

and apply the default settings

Change the Blend Mode of the Top blurred one to Overlay

Now, go to the bottom one

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, 2.00

Apply the Antique Mosaic settings like mine

Duplicate the Mosaic layer

and move the duplicate above the others

and on this layer - drop the Opacity to about 60

Take your Dropper tool

and find a Red shade from the tag for the Foreground Materials Palette box (top box)

and a green for the Background (bottom box)

Right click the colour box, go to Other

find Gradient - Foreground Background and apply

the settings as mine

Now, move this Gradient to your Top colour box

Add a New Layer to the canvas

just above the White Background

Floodfill with the Gradient

Apply my mask - Vix_Mask434

Layers, Merge, Merge Group

and move the Mask layer down the tag a little bit

so it's more centrally placed

and then

apply HSB Noise on the default setting

Open the tube you've chosen to use

Copy and Paste and place over the Wreath layers

where it looks best

(Pay attention to placement of elbows and stuff

as we're going to do some erasing so

she looks as though she's emerging from the wreath)

Duplicate the tube

move to just under the Greytinter Wreath layer

Dropshadow this copy of the tube

Click inside the Greytinter wreath frame with Magic Wand on

these settings

Selections, Modify, Expand by 14

Selections, Invert

Hide the top tube

on the bottom tube

Take your Eraser on these settings -

Erase the parts of the tube that stick out

at the bottom of the wreath (ie. the legs/thighs)

Keep Selected

Selections, Invert

Add a New Layer just below the bottom tube layer

Floodfill with a colour/gradient/pattern/glitter tile of your choice

(I used a Green glitter that I had)

Selections None

Now, take Eraser again, unhide the Top tube layer

and erase the bottom parts of the tube

as needed so she looks like she's coming out of the wreath

(Yes, I know I use this effect a lot, but my crikey! It's effective lol!)

So, open one of my wordarts you'd like to use

(or add your own circle of text)

Add to the tag and place

under the top tube layer

Now add a dropshadow to the Greytintered wreath layer

2, 2, 45.00, 2.00

Now crop the tag canvas taking care not to

chop the grout from the Mosaic layer

On the Mask layer

Apply Xenofex 2 Constellation on these settings -

(IF you want an animated tag, duplicate the mask twice to total three layers and apply

Constellation to each layer but hit Random Seed before you apply each time OR - do this to the wordart layer as I

did in my 2nd example - have the Frame Properties on 30 or slower)

Now, add your name in a colour from the tag in a scripty font

of choice

And apply the same shadow as used for the wreath

(Optional: Add some Constellation to the name)

Delete the White Background

and save

as a PNG

Thanks for looking and Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerry Christmas Everyone xx
