Frame by dozibaer - you can download the frame from her site HERE

Go to Scrapbooking Embellishments, Frames, Page 5

The frame is called a-dozi's-frame-45

Mask - by Chelle weescotslass - thank you hun

Mura Meister Copies

Open the a-dozi's-frame-45

(which you can download from dozibaer's site - Page 5

of the Frames from the Scrapbooking Embellishments page)

Open the frame

Image, Resize 60% Smartsize

Duplicate the frame by pressing Shift + D

Close the original

Add a New Layer to the frame image below the frame

Floodfill White

Take two colours from the tube you're going to use and make

a Foreground Background gradient - as with most of my tuts lol!!

Have the darker shade in the Foreground box and have the gradient settings on

Repeats 3

Add a New Layer below the tube layer

and Floodfill with the gradient

Canvas Size

Increase the canvas size to 600 x 600

Open your chosen tube

Paste as a New Layer below the frame

Position as looks best

Duplicate the tube twice to total 3 layers

Hide the Middle tube layer for now

Apply a dropshadow to the bottom tube layer

something like

1, 1, 50, 11.00 Black

Now on the top tube

Move it ABOVE the frame layer

and hide for now

and take your Eraser tool

and on the bottom tube layer

erase any of the tube that you don't want to see that's showing below the tube or to the sides

(we're making the tube look like it's emerging from the frame)

For instance in the tube I'm using at the top - I erased the shoe

and the knee.

Then unhide the Top tube copy

Be on it to make it active and then

taking your eraser again

Erase any areas of the tube needed to make it look like it's emerging

(see my two tags for reference - I hope I've explained it alright)

Now unhide your middle tube layer

Mura Meister Copies - on the Wallpaper preset

(If you have lots of large gaps in your Wallpaper - just up the Number slider)

Now duplicate this Wallpaper layer

Move one down below all the other layers to

just above your transparent - or white background - and hide for now

move the other one to just under the bottom tube layer

(just above the floodfilled layer)

Click inside the frame layer

Selections, Modify, Expand by 4

Selections Invert

and then

hit Delete on the wallpaper layer just under the bottom tube

Selections None

and change the Blend Mode of this wallpaper layer to Soft Light or Overlay

(depending on what colours you've use and which Blend looks best)

Unhide the other wallpaper layer now

and on it

take your Crop tool

and crop the Wallpaper layer to the size of the canvas

(600 x 600)

Now apply the Mask

Layers, Merge, Merge Group

and add a Texture to the mask if liked

I used Effects, Texture Effects, Weave

and had both colour boxes on White

Gap Size 1

Width 7

Opacity 4

Back to the Frame Layer

Apply a dropshadow of 1, 1, 50, 11.00 Black

Now crop the canvas

to a more taggy size

Now we're going to get the animation ready

Duplicate the frame layer twice to total 3 layers

Hide the top two for now

And on the bottom frame layer

Take your Magic Wand on Add, Tolerance 65 and Feather 0

Zoom in to about 200% so you can see what you're doing

Hide the top tube layer for now so you can see all the frame

And on the top line of dots on the frame

Click on the first one on the left - not the one right in the corner, but

the next one along

Click on the dot to select it

You should find that you get all of the dot selected in a circle

if you don't, click again on the bit that doesn't seem selected

Once all the dot is selected

Skip the next two

then select the next one

Repeat this process all around the frame

Once all the dots you want selected are selected

Go to

Adjust, Brightness and Contrast, Brightness/Contrast

Brightness 40 Contrast 35

Selections None

On the next frame layer up

Start selecting the dot which is the next one along from the first

one you selected last time

and repeat the skip two, selection process as before

Adjust Brightness etc as before

Do this for the last frame as well

So all three frame layers will have a different dot brightened ready for animating :)

Add your Name in a style/font/colour of your choice

For my first tag

I used Shinji Blues in two colours from the tag

then floodfilled the inner font White and added a word brush to it

Add your name as you prefer and

Place where liked

I placed mine top left of the mask

Shadow as prefered

Add any scraps or accents that you might want to add now

Don't go mad lol! Nice and subtle xx

And finally add your artist credit/copyright info

Animate the usual way for a 3 layered tag

and have the Animation Properties on Opaque, White

and the Frame Properties on 22 or faster/slower

depending on your taste :)

Save as .GIF

All done - hope you enjoyed this tut xx
