Supplied Needed
Tube of your choice - Im using the fantastic artwork of Jasmine Becket-Griffith.
You need a license to use Jasmines work, tubes can be purchased from CILM.
Round mask of your choice
Misted flower of your choice
Diamond accents by GraphxChic

Xenofex 2 Constellation

Open a new 500 x 500 image - fill white.
Layer - new raster layer - fill black
Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer - layers duplicate - image mirror
Place your two tubes side by side and merge them visible.
Lower the opacity of your tube layer to 25 or your own preference.
Layers, Merge Visible
Now apply your chosen mask - layers - merge group - apply your favourite drop shadow.
Apply your diamond accents where you want them, staying within the masked area - drop shadow
Open your misted flower and colourise to suit your tube.
Copy and paste your colourised flower as a new layer, duplicate 3 times and place these in the corners or around the edge of your masked layer.
Hide all other layers and merge visible your 4 misted flowers - unhide your layers
Duplicate your flower layer twice so you have a total of 3.
On the bottom layer apply Xenofex 2 constellation with the following settings -

Apply these Xenofex settings to the other 2 misted flower layers but click randon speed each time.
Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer - apply your favourite drop shadow.
Add your name, watermark and copyright information.
To Animate -
Hide the top two misted flower layers - edit - copy merged - paste as new animation over in animation shop.
Back to PSP - hide your bottom misted flower layer and unhide the middle one - edit - copy merged - paste after current frame in animation shop.
Back to PSP - hide your middle misted flower layer and unhide the top one - edit - copy merged - paste after current frame in animation shop.
Edit - Select All - Animation - Animation properties - opaque white
Animation - Frame properties - I set mine to 30
